About Us

I'm in the middle of renovations of two beautiful properties. One is in the iconic former Zetland Hotel, right in the heart of Saltburn -by-the-sea, and sleeps two adults and two children; the other sleeps 13 and is perfect for a large family or gathering of friends, walkers or artists and is right in the National Park very close to Staithes and Runswick Bay.

Perfect for a family or couples getaway - unbeatable location right in the heart of Saltburn. We started from scratch with this one and have created a space that is contemporary and inviting. ​

Mulgrave House

A Perfect base for walking the St Hilda's Way Pilgrimage Route which opened in 2015. The route runs from Hinderwell to Whitby covering a 40 mile stretch.

​Mulgrave House has been a prominent property in the village of Hinderwell since the 1850s. It's been a school, a chemist, a restaurant and is now a beautiful Holiday Let. Many of the bedrooms have ensuites which makes it perfect for larger families or walking groups. We chose to paint this in Farrow and Ball Dibber in the living room to echo the North Yorkshire National Park which is right on the doorstep.
